DBC’s Glucagon ELISA kit is a two-step capture or ‘sandwich’ type immunoassay. This device is end-user friendly, enabling incubation on a bench top for only 1.75 hours. Samples are collected in regular EDTA tubes (no inhibitors). DBC’s Glucagon ELISA kit ensures the highest possible sensitivity among its competitors, with an LoD of 2.27 pg/mL. No cross-reactivity is detected for 21 cross-reactants, and the kit boasts an in-use stability of up to 3 months. Correlation between the DBC Glucagon ELISA and a Reference Laboratory test, shows significant commutability, with a linear regression slope of 0.94.
