Overcoming Challenges in Liquid Biopsy Experimental Design

Liquid biopsy research can revolutionize the way we detect, diagnose, and treat cancer. However, more work needs to be done to ensure liquid biopsy assays provide accurate, reproducible and relevant results for the patient populations that need them most. There can be major pitfalls along the development workflow which, if they are not caught early, can have tremendous impact on the overall sensitivity and specificity of the assay.
