VERMES Microdispensing launches high-precision Drop Volume System for Microdispensing

VERMES Medical Equipment, the high-precision division of VERMES Microdispensing GmbH, has unveiled its new drop volume system (DVS) for low-viscosity microdispensing applications. The newly launched DVS 31 and 32 enables precise in-process measurement and quantification of droplet volumes. Featuring a browser-based user interface, the system is intuitive to operate and supports high dispensing frequencies (depending on the medium), allowing for accurate measurement of discrete volumes from a single drop to burst sequences.

The DVS 31 and 32 are part of the DVS 3x product family, which is specifically engineered for exceptionally precise drop volume measurement. These systems are ideal for low and medium-viscosity fluids (up to 12,500 mPas) and are suitable for a wide range of industries, including life sciences (e.g. cell suspensions, protein solutions), electronics, semiconductors, and precision mechanics.
