QuantumPlex™ Suspension Array for Multiplexed Assays

Interrogate multiple targets within a given sample by coating up to 10 ligands onto individual bead populations that are easily identified by standard flow cytometry.  

QuantumPlex™ beads are:  

• Available as polystyrene or magnetic microspheres. 

• Coated with either streptavidin or carboxyl groups for conjugation to the ligand(s) of choice. 

• Available in 2 diameters (5.5 and 4.5µm), each size with 5 different fluorescent intensities for a total of 10 discernable populations. 

• Offered in single populations, 5 populations, or 10 populations.  

• Can be designed for custom formulations, preparations, and/or packaging for OEM customers. 

• Manufactured under an ISO13485:2016 certified quality management system. 

• Ask about custom plexing arrays with different fluorophores or numbers of peaks.
