myNAT™ – Affordable, Open, and Fully Automated Sample-to-Answer PCR Panel Testing
OnsiteGene proudly presents myNAT™, a next-generation molecular diagnostic platform that brings laboratory-grade multiplex PCR panel testing into compact, cost-effective, and field-deployable form. Designed for 35-minute sample-to-answer workflows, myNAT™ integrates magnetic bead nucleic acid extraction and real-time PCR with melt curve analysis—all within a closed, ultra-low-cost cartridge that requires no cold-chain logistics.
Unlike traditional systems, myNAT™ features an open platform design, allowing users to load their own reagents or choose from OnsiteGene’s growing menu of infectious disease, antimicrobial resistance, GI, and syndromic panels. Each cartridge supports up to 20 targets across 4 PCR tubes, expandable to 40-plex, with full compatibility for swabs, saliva, sputum, blood, urine, tissue, and more.
Selected for the NIH RADx Advanced Diagnostics Program, myNAT™ redefines affordability, flexibility, and scalability in decentralized molecular testing.
